Little L has made it to 39 weeks inside his "tummy home" & isn't showing any signs of gracing us with his presence.
Today we went to turn in my 24 hour urine collection & also saw the OB. L's heart beat was in the 130's, I'm not dilated...and guess what? My BP was 154/90. She sent us to the hospital..AGAIN!
We checked into the hospital at 9:08am, they set us up in our room, hooked me up to the usual monitors, and sent a lab tech down to draw my blood...so Breck & I watched some TV & waited...
& waited...
All of my labs came back normal, my BP went down as I rested, so the nurse explained the Dr would come in, but probably only to send us home.
& we waited...
Finally the Dr came, and as usual she sent us home. She is worried about inducing me as I am not dilated, and she is worried about it resulting in a c-section. She did request another urine collection (to check for protein again) & that I see her on Monday.
Oh yeah, we left the hospital around 2pm.
At this point I am beyond frustrated..(so is Breck). The Dr. always acts very concerned in the office, but then they make it out to be nothing at the hospital & act like they are not concerned. I hate being sent home only to return in a few days, for the same things & A LOT of waiting. The headaches are getting ridiculous too!
On a much happier note--my mom came to visit me yesterday. She brought L & I a lot of goodies, including burp rags that she made! They're really cute!
Breck & I just plan to relax all weekend...hopefully by Monday something is going on with my cervix & she won't hesitate inducing...(a girl can dream!)

Aww Kelena :( I'm sorry that you have to go through all this! So frustrating! On the bright side, you only have a little further to wait and then they have to do something! Thinking about you guys!
